Exhibitor Services

All booths come with an 8” table, two chairs, pipe & drape, exhibit hall carpeting, and a wastebasket. Additional furniture can be ordered through Freeman Decorating. Door Prizes

Please remember that we ask each booth to have a door prize with a minimum $50 value. We will have a board available in the Exhibit Hall to post your door prize winners on Tuesday morning. Submit your door prize to Jill at jmanternach@iowabankers.com by September 1 to be included in the door prize flyer in the banker packets.

Exhibitor Set-Up

Exhibit hall hours are Monday, 9/22 from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and Tuesday, 9/23 from 9:00 am – 10:30 am.
Exhibitor set-up will be Sunday, 9/21 from Noon – 4:00pm, or 6:30 am – 8:30 am on Monday, 9/22.
Tear down will begin at 10:30am on Tuesday, 9/23.

Wi-Fi

The Iowa Bankers Association will be doing a buyout of the Wi-Fi in the Iowa Events Center so we will provide everyone with complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the convention. The network name and password will be provided for use on-site. The Wi-Fi is meant for light browsing, email, etc., if you have essential functions in your booth that require internet (videos, programs, streaming, etc.) it is recommended that you still purchase a hard wire connection through the Iowa Event Center Exhibitor Services.

Exhibit Hall Scavenger Hunt

To help drive traffic to all areas of the exhibit hall, we will be giving away our Grand Prize this year with a Scavenger Hunt activity. Attendees will collect signatures from exhibitors at booths in different areas of the hall to fill their card and be eligible for the $500 prize. Bankers will present their cards to you for signatures throughout the event and we encourage you to remind bankers to get their cards signed as you have conversations at your booth. A flyer with a sample card and more information will be in your exhibit booth.

Celebration of Banking Lunch

Join us Monday at Noon for the Celebration of Banking lunch! All exhibitors, sponsors and bankers are invited to this year’s lunch where we will recognize what makes Iowa banking outstanding – bankers. This year’s lunch will showcase 50-year bankers who have provided the backbone for a vibrant industry, plus our emerging leaders who are Iowa’s banking future. The lunch will be held upstairs in the general session room, and we will be expanding the room so there will be plenty of seats for everyone to join for the buffet lunch. Following the Celebration of Banking lunch and program we will invite everyone downstairs for dessert in the Exhibit Hall from 1:00pm – 1:30pm.
