Hotel Arrangements

Convention attendees should contact the Hilton Des Moines Downtown for the IBA room block. Available rooms may sell out prior to the deadline. The room block at the Hilton is now sold out. Please contact the hotel directly for reservations.

Attire

Business and business casual attire is appropriate for convention events. Business casual attire is appropriate for the Sunday evening reception.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided for cancellations received by September 14, 2026. No refunds will be made after September 14. Substitutions are allowed at any time.
